A quick recapitulation from the recent workshop with Scott Ambler, the person behind the Agile Modeling methodology.

You might find exciting the excellent Scott's video Are You Agile or Are You Fragile, where he talks about generalized specialists, database techniques in agile team and other interesting and relevant agile topics topics.

*That's my personal impression after the practices related part of our discussion and might be different from what Scott was actually trying to say
