I think this is something that many 'old fashioned' IT companies are missing. The fact that there is a lot of work related video content online and I see that more-and-more people are summarising their tutorials into videos. A good idea, of course, as it makes for quicker and easier explanation at times.

However, the majority of video content is blocked at my workplace, and many others, and hence can only be viewed on home time. :(
